Quality Inspector

Pay Range: $25-30.50
In this critical role, you will support our sustaining business for one of the key value streams: Advanced Lavatories and Cabin Integrations (ALCI). As a Quality Inspector, you will be at the heart of our quality operations, ensuring that production and quality procedures are meticulously followed to ensure 100% quality for the customers.
This is your chance to be part of a close-knit team of professionals, where you will be responsible for conducting all Quality Inspection and coordination activities in a manner that conforms to company and H&S procedures. Key Responsibilities:
• Mechanical and Cosmetic inspection
• Provide Quality control activities including new product introduction
• Provide inspection services for incoming goods, returns and assembly
• Document non-conformances and report major quality issues to leadership
• First Article inspection
Skills and Experience:
• It is essential that the successful candidate have solid inspection experience gained in a manufacturing environment.
• Technically competent, able to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Independence & Teamwork: Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate effectively with a team.
• Attention to Detail: Capable of maintaining precision in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
• Strong Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication and numerical skills are essential.
• Familiarity with Quality disciplines including 8D reporting, 5 Whys and the completion of corrective action reports. (also essential)
